I created Hey Happy Soles as a way to bring more colour, comfort, and joy into the world, starting at ground level. I’m a certified Pilates instructor and an all-round movement lover, and I couldn’t find grip socks that were affordable, supportive, sensory-friendly, and actually fun to wear. So, I designed them.
These socks are designed in the UK and tested in real studios (and kitchens, and living rooms!). I wanted something that didn’t just do the job - but made people smile while doing it. Whether you’re flowing through Pilates, holding a plank, pulsing in barre, or running after the kids, these socks are made to move with you - and lift your mood while they do it.

FAQs
Are your socks just for Pilates?
Not at all! We make socks for people of all genders who love Pilates, yoga, barre, the gym, or just comfy colourful vibes. Basically: if you’ve got feet, you’ll love ’em.
Do they stay on properly?
Yep. No twisting, rolling down, slipping off, or saggy heels here. Just a comfy, secure fit from warm-up to cool-down. I designed these to hug your feet just right - snug but not tight.
Can men wear them too?
Absolutely. Hey Happy Soles socks are for everyone - whatever your gender, whatever your body. Movement is for people, not just for “Pilates girls.”
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our socks come in two comfortable and flexible sizes to fit UK 3-8 and 8-12. Specific sizing info is on each product page.
What are they made from?
85% combed cotton, 10% spandex, 5% elastane, with a terry sole and silicone PVC grip. They’re crafted from soft, breathable cotton with a touch of stretch, plus a reliable non-slip sole. Comfort, meet grip.
Where are they made?
They’re designed here in the UK (Nottingham to be exact) by me, and produced with care by an ethical manufacturer overseas.
Can I stock them in my studio?

Can I customise socks with a slogan or logo?
Yes! I offer custom grip socks with your own logo or slogan (minimum order: 50 pairs). Perfect for studios, retreats, or events.

Are they machine washable?
We recommend washing them 30°C or below with similar colours. Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce the grippiness of the soles, and to keep the grips strong and the colours vibrant, always air dry.
